One option for removing rubber: Type 1 Keren!!

We will use 18 rubber rolls of φ220×5,500, removing the rubber with a blast to achieve a beautiful finish.

The rolls have aged, and the rubber has worn out and become unusable. In addition to the rubber, there are also issues like rust, so first, we will cleanly strip the rubber using blasting, and then we will reapply the rubber. It's pleasant to see the product beautifully revived! Please note that our company cannot handle rubber application work. Since the process of stripping the rubber takes time, we will first strip the rubber from the rubber rolls using grit blasting after they arrive. Then, just before shipping, we will completely remove the rust with sandblasting and prepare for shipment. By removing the rubber and rust and reapplying the rubber, the product will be in like-new condition. Furthermore, the blasting creates a rough surface, which increases the surface area, improves the adhesion of the rubber, and enhances the durability of the product.
